How To Loose Weight Fast?

Reduce the amount of calorie intake:-
  • It doesn't mean stop eating because if you do that you'll get weaker. However cut down in food or buy food with has less fat. For example replace fizzy drinks to water. Replace whole milk to semi-skimmed milk. If you drink tea/coffee then stop adding sugar. Stop treating yourself with chocolates, biscuits and replace that with fruits which would keep your skin radiant and healthy.
  • Additionally never miss breakfast not only does it have a risk of blackouts it also would make you feel much hungrier later on. Not only would you replace your breakfast you would also choose bad food to replace like chocolates, cereal bars which aren't as healthy as cereal. Irregular eating habits can dispute the body's metabolism which makes it harder to loose weight in the first place.
 
 Increasing excercise:-
  • You don't need to walk 3 miles per day but create a pattern a walking mile daily. Walk in stead of bus/car. Every time you excercise you burn CALORIE and FAT.
  • It doesn't mean you need to walk, you can do fun excercises such as swimming which is one popular sport to loose many calories; or you can dance, cycle.
  • There are many excercise machine which can be worked out much cheaper then going gym. You can make a gym from your home. There are various machine like tread miller, excercise bicycle etc
 
And bear in mind one thing you can't loose weight within a day it takes practise, a person can loose about 2/3 pounds per week. But if you work on it, in one/two months you can be seeing a new figure. Remember a good healthy diet followed by excercise needs would make that new figure!
